1. General Overview
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed on https://skelotile.com and governs logistics, delivery, and return procedures for SKELO Tiles, a professional sintered stone manufacturer and exporter based in Foshan, China. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Shipping Terms
All shipments are arranged according to Incoterms 2020 (commonly FOB, CIF, or EXW Foshan, depending on customer requirements). SKELO partners with international freight forwarders to ensure secure and timely global deliveries.
Key Notes:
- Standard production lead time: 15–25 working days after order confirmation and deposit.
- Transit time varies by destination and shipping mode (sea, rail, or air).
- Tracking and shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice) are provided after dispatch.
3. Inspection & Acceptance
Buyers are encouraged to inspect goods upon receipt. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported to SKELO within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos and documentation. Late claims cannot be accepted due to international shipping procedures.
4. Returns & Replacements
Due to the customized and heavy nature of sintered stone slabs, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a verified quality issue. If a replacement is approved:
- SKELO will issue a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by our after-sales team.
- Returned goods must remain in their original packaging and unused condition.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If products are received damaged due to transportation, customers must:
- Report to the shipping carrier immediately.
- Notify SKELO within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packing labels. We will assist in filing the insurance claim and arrange replacement materials when applicable.
6. International Customs & Duties
All international buyers are responsible for their import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. SKELO will provide all necessary export documents to facilitate smooth import procedures in the destination country.
