Payment Terms

1. General Overview

This Payment Terms Policy applies to all transactions made with SKELO Tiles through https://skelotile.com. We are committed to transparent and secure payment practices to ensure smooth international trade and long-term partnerships with our global distributors, importers, and project clients.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

To accommodate clients worldwide, SKELO Tiles supports the following safe and recognized payment options:

  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) – 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) – Irrevocable L/C at sight (subject to approval).
  • Western Union / PayPal – For small sample orders or urgent transactions only.
  • Alibaba Trade Assurance – Available for verified business accounts for added protection.

All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Deposit & Balance

  • Production begins only after the deposit has been received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment or container release.
  • For repeat buyers with a stable order history, flexible payment terms may be available upon request.

Failure to complete payment as scheduled may delay shipping or void delivery dates.

4. Invoicing & Documentation

After receiving the deposit, SKELO Tiles will issue:

  • Proforma Invoice (PI) summarizing the order details, product specifications, and payment terms.
  • Commercial Invoice and Packing List before shipment.
  • Additional trade documents such as Bill of LadingCertificate of Origin, or Inspection Report (if required).

All documents are compliant with international export standards to support customs clearance and L/C processing.

5. Late Payment & Non-Payment

If payment deadlines are not met:

  • Orders may be suspended or canceled without further notice.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Any unpaid balance after shipment may accrue interest or storage fees.
  • SKELO reserves the right to retain or resell goods if full payment is not received.

6. Security & Fraud Prevention

SKELO Tiles operates under verified business bank accounts only. Before transferring funds, please confirm payment details directly via official email (support@skelotile.com). We do not authorize payments through personal accounts or third-party intermediaries. Buyers are advised to perform due diligence to avoid fraudulent transactions.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding payment will be handled in accordance with:

  • The contract terms mutually agreed upon between SKELO and the buyer; and
  • Applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China (jurisdiction: Foshan City).

We encourage all clients to communicate openly to resolve payment concerns swiftly and amicably.
